Mukul Pal · January 16, 2016

According to Reuters, the analysts are in consensus on Adobe. Out of 25 recommendations, 11 are BUYS, 08 are OUTPERFORMS and 06 are HOLDS. This is not the first time opinion is skewed on one side. Now let’s look at Jiseki. The stock was a top relative performer from Sep 2013 with a top score of 80. This made it a growth stock. Growth stocks on average continue to stay in momentum for 12-24 months.  The average growth outperformance is behind the stock with a 300% upside from Jun 2012. A stock in positive momentum can stay in momentum, but not forever. Markets always require a counterparty. If everyone is BUYING, and no one is SELLING, what should we expect next? Surprise! Let’s keep an eye on this ADOBE consensus.
