No reversal on dollar yet

The 4 Jun pairs trading on dollar underperformance continue to run. Long LERO (Euro) – Short dollar, Long LGBP – Short Euro and Long YEN – Short dollar delivered 3%, 4% and 5% respectively. Though after 22 calendar days dollar performance cycles have already bottomed, we don’t have a close signal yet for the respective pairs. Alpha Forex portfolio goes daily from today. We will be publishing a consolidated signal portfolio with daily changes five days a week. Though a bottoming dollar performance cycle suggests that dollar weakness could be a corrective counter trend and any upmove on GBP, YEN and Euro might be short lived, we will have to wait for clear signals before we look at a reversal in polarity.
